CEO and Founder: Giorgio Clementi
Giorgio has 34 years of flying experience, including 20 years in flight testing. He holds a Post Graduate certificate in Aerospace Engineering from Bristol University and an Airline Transport Pilot License. A graduate of NTPS, Giorgioβs experience spans both fixed-wing and helicopter, civil and military. He has worked on certification projects with authorities like the UK CAA, FAA, and Transport Canada. Giorgio set up Diamond Aircraftβs flight test department in Canada and has conducted various flight tests. With over 24 years of experience training test pilots and engineers, he has flown over 3000 hours on 60+ types.
VP, Flight Test: David Lohse
Dave has over 30 years of flying experience, including 20 years in flight test and three as a Flight Test Instructor. He holds degrees in Mathematics and Flight Test Technology, and an EASA Flight Test Instructor Rating. He served nearly 15 years in the Royal Australian Air Force as an F/A-18 fighter pilot and test pilot. Dave also worked 14 years with Cathay Pacific as a B747 line and test pilot, overseeing the entry into service of new aircraft and simulator qualifications. He has over 6,000 flying hours on 50+ aircraft types.
Head of Training: Stephen Crockatt
Stephen Crockatt, Head of Training at ITPS, began his career with the Royal Navy in 1989, flying Sea King and Lynx helicopters. He served as the UK Instructor at USNTPS and was NAVAIR Test Pilot Instructor of the Year in 2007. Stephen holds an MBA and an MSc in Safety and Accident Investigation from Cranfield University. He has been Commanding Officer of ETPS and UK Team Lead for F35 Integrated Test Force trials.

Thiago Macedo
Thiago Macedo, a 2006 graduate of the Brazilian Air Force Academy, is a fighter pilot with experience flying A-29s and AMXs. In 2016, he graduated from the US Naval Test Pilot School and has since participated in various flight test programs. He has over 2300 flight hours on 40+ aircraft types. In 2019, Thiago became a Flight Test Instructor at the Brazilian Test Pilot School, focusing on Advanced Flight Controls Systems and training flight test professionals.
